Marion Geltinger is a founding employee of Halocell andleads the company’s operations in Wagga Wagga. With a strong background inmaterials science and engineering, she has pioneered innovative encapsulationtechniques that underpin Halocell’s industry-leading, durable perovskite solartechnology. Marion began her academic journey at Reutlingen University inGermany, specialising in textile technology, and earned her Master’s degree inMaterials Engineering through research on electrically conductivenano-membranes at CSIRO in Geelong. At Halocell, she is instrumental inbridging R&D with scalable manufacturing and plays a leading role inengaging customers and investors; guiding proof-of-concept development,demonstrating commercial readiness, and shaping the company’s direction.
