Paul Moonie

Director, Chief Executive Officer

Paul has over 20 years of R&D experience in next generation photovoltaics, upscaling the world’s first Dye Solar Cell pilot production at Dyesol. Currently bringing Halocell’s Perovskite solar cells to commercial production for excited customers!

Tom Fontaine

Executive Director

Tom is a professional engineer with degrees in physics and mathematics. He is an experienced company director with considerable experience in the energy industry. He has been on the board and management of several private and ASX listed companies.

David Pham

Chief Technology Officer

David is a seasoned scientist with a PhD in Photovoltaics and over 10 years of experience in perovskite photovoltaics R&D. His work focuses on advancing high-efficiency, cost-effective, and scalable solar technologies.

Marion Geltinger

Chief Operations Officer

Marion Geltinger is a founding employee of Halocell and leads the company’s operations in Wagga Wagga. With a strong background in materials science and engineering, she is instrumental in bridging R&D with scalable manufacturing and plays a leading role in engaging customers and investors.

Andrew Carstens

Non-Executive Director

Andrew is an engineer with an MBA, having worked in engineering, venture capital and management consulting over the last 30 years. In 2005, he founded Envista which was eventually acquired by Downer EDI Ltd in 2018 to form Downer Defence Systems.

Luke Passlow

Manufacturing Engineer

Luke is an engineer with over 20 years of expertise in designing, maintaining, and commissioning manufacturing systems. At Halocell, he is the driving force behind production, overseeing the implementation of new equipment and ensuring that all systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Murray Wylie

Company Secretary

Murray has more than 30 years’ experience in administrative and accounting roles in both the public and private sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
